You may have gotten a sense that this is no ordinary painting class. It isn't. This is a program with a cultural theme, where your child creates art that is inspired by different countries, allowing for a variety of styles and settings to be explored. This assures that your child is always excited and challenged in a way that is fun - and - dare I say it - educational, too!
The Art Explorers Painting Program is designed for children ages 6 - 9 to introduce them to a number of core concepts, tips and skills which I employed in my work as a muralist. Using these newfound skills allows them to feel confident and proud as a budding artist in a matter of a few short weeks - and often within the first session or two!
You'd may surprised at how quickly your child can pick up skills that one might think are reserved only for seasoned 'grown-up' artists. Using these methods in expands your child's creative ability. Coming home with finished artwork on canvas builds confidence, self esteem, and smiles - from the inside out.

Ready for your child to embark on an artistic journey filled with wonder, imagination, and endless creativity?
"Art Explorers" is the perfect painting class designed exclusively for kids aged 8-11, where students get to explore the world through art and unlock their inner artist.
The Adventure Begins:
Upon your child's arrival at the very first session, they'll be handed a special passport - the gateway to a world of artistic exploration. After each exciting painting session, this passport will be stamped, creating a sense of adventure that kids absolutely love.
Discover the World, One Stroke at a Time:
Each session kicks off with a delightful discussion about a new country to be explored that week. Then, the real fun begins as our young artists embark on an exciting painting session inspired by the chosen country. For example, when we 'tour' Italy, we'll paint a gondola on the Grand Canal in Venice.
Explore Diverse Destinations:
Our Art Explorers will journey to captivating countries such as Israel, France, Italy, China, Africa, Japan, and Australia. It's a cultural adventure through colors and creativity like no other.
P.U.M.T. Technique:
Your child will discover the P.U.M.T. technique (Painting Using Mural Techniques). They will apply this technique to canvas (9"x11") to create beautiful works of art. Lessons are tailored to be age-appropriate, allowing your child to develop their artistic skills and learn how to bring unique images to life through painting methods used for mural creation. With our expert guidance, they'll be amazed at what they can achieve and take immense pride in their creations.
No Additional Supply Fees:
We provide all the necessary supplies, ensuring a hassle-free and enjoyable experience for your child. Just make sure they've had dinner before class, because a satisfied student is a happy (and productive) artist!
Certificate of Completion:
At the final session, your child will receive a well-deserved certificate of completion to celebrate their artistic and creative efforts. It's a testament to their journey through the world of art exploration.

About the Artist - Instructor
Shalom, I'm Leia, (same as Leah) and I'm thrilled to introduce myself as the artist and instructor behind "Art Explorers." With over two decades of experience as a professional mural painter, I've had the privilege of creating captivating mural artworks in private residences across New York, New Jersey, and California. My portfolio also includes the creation of two expansive Judaic murals in the RYNJ elementary school, situated near the vibrant community of Teaneck, New Jersey.One of my joyful accomplishments is the development of the P.U.M.T.™ technique. This innovative approach empowers students with the fundamental skills necessary for mural painting, which can be seamlessly transferred to canvas. The result?
